Default Great Santa website

I'm sure most of you here have already seen the "Reasons To Believe" Santa Claus website, but for those who haven't, and are interested in seeing some fabulous Santa carvings, you might wanna check it out!

And I found that some of the carvers there, are just as friendly as people on this website. I still find it amazing how carvers, in particular, are always so eager and willing to talk to other carvers, especially the new ones. Not like other groups, where they keep everything secret and the last thing they want to do is help another for fear of competition. With carvers, it's more like, "The more, the merrier!"

Jillsy,The reason that the carvers at Reasons to Believe are so friendly is that some of them passed through this board at one time or another. Some of them have been active on this board, but I'm sure that they were friendly before they got on any board.

Carvers are a very sharing group, and kind of like people in a hot tub, the more, the merrier. Think that may be a poor comparison!

Bob, I was with you until the hot-tub comparison!

Carved in a lot of places, but never a hot tub, don't like soggy wood. Old Saint Nick could end up looking like a raisin. I'll check that website out now Jillsy

Thanks for the reminder!! I found that site quite some time ago, but kind-of "forgot about it" for a while.

I have had reason's to believe on my favorites for six years..They change the Santas quite often so it's always neat to go back and look again... Yes, quite a few are in Folkworks Gallery or were there before they were in Reason to
Believe.. Reason's to Believe had a ten page spread in " Better Homes and Gardens, Santa Christmas Magazine" a few years ago and it told how they got started ..The owner does beautiful Polymer clay Santas.. Terry Embrey is there now and used to be a lot of fun on this board. Charlotte
