Default Goody's Student Santa

Goody,
I really don't know what happened to it. But you really should never give me 2 weeks. I go a bit crazy.

I am thinking about sending it out to be painted

How did I do ?

No you got it all wrong! I said I can carve the student pattern in two Hours Not weeks! Looks good! You seem to be leaning toward working with gouges. The face is that of a really Old Man. With the clock call him Father Time. Want another blank. Anna said she would paint it.

Sure Goody !

Would love another! You want a 2 hour job on it? This one was like 9 hours, but the opening for the clock was carved in as well , no power tools. Had to get the clock so it took longer.

I think it would be great to have Anna paint him ! I will get him packed up and on his way to you .

Glad you liked him! and Thanks !

Thanks Viper!

Actually it wasn't that bad. I was more worried about over cutting the opening. I could have been smart and measured it first , then I could have like drawn a circle .. but that would have made sence. And since I don't have a lot ......

It is pressed in with a small gap on the right side to pop it free t change the time and replace batteries. But the rubber seal is very forgiving. so wear should not be an issuse over time.
