| | Re: Gibbs have update their site !! Oh,Hi Ho, We forgo to tell you what won first.. I don't know to much about Indian art, but it was a structure that hung from the celing. It was made of branches, with feathers and beads on it. What would you call that? Would anyone know what it is called? The branches were sort of curved and crossed over each other and the beads and feathers hung from it. |

| | Re: Gibbs have update their site !! Hi Ho, It has been several years, but now that you mention it, WE believe that is what it was called. Do you know the meaning behind that? Thanks The Gibbs |

| | Re: Gibbs have update their site !! The dream catchers look sort of like a spider web, with some fetishes attached and perhaps a feather or two. They were hung over the beds and were supposed to catch ay bad dreams that were headed toward the sleeping person.
Another similar article is the Mandella, a round shield-like hanging with feathers and ermine tails hanging from the sides.
Both can be very symbolic and beautiful, or rather plain in design.
