Default Five new Santas

Hey guys, I put pictures of five of my latest Santas on the Picture Trail site...www.picturetrail.com password carvers-R-us (in the Holiday album). There are more views on my www.photo.epson.com site, if you want to check them out. Just type callsr@csonline.net in the Visit Friends box and it will take you to the albums. Thanks, Callynne

Callynne!!!! WOW, what beautiful Santas!!! I am, of course, especially drawn to the guy with the quilt - I just love quilts and you did a great job on him!!!

Seems like your carving is going a little faster now? Yay!!

Teri :-)

Thanks everybody! Yes, I am getting a bit faster, actually just taking more time out of my day to do it...and much happier for it!! I'm averaging two to three carvings a month, definitely up from the one a month I did for the first two years.
I have two more finished, just no pictures yet. The one I just finished is neat, he's Santa in blue jeans with bare feet, holding a fishing pole and creel. I really like him, I'll post a picture when I get them developed. Thanks again, Callynne

Thanks Makenchips, my Santas are from 6' to just under a foot tall. I have to make twenty-two of them this year, so I'm going for different sizes so the price range will hopefully be 'something for everyone'. Callynne

Claude Wow ! you do such wonderful work Callynne! I think that my favorite is the Santa and birdhouse. ( I have made tons of birdfeeders prior to getting into woodcarving so I tend to lean that way a bit! ) Show us more and keep inspiring us! Claude.

Thanks a lot Claude, I got into carving to do Santas, then got sidetracked with doing everything but, mainly for family gifts. I'll eventually get back to carving other things too but I must admit, I'm loving carving just Santas for now! Thanks again, Callynne
