Thanks for all your kind comments folks. I really got on a roll with these little guys because I got 4 blanks out of the one piece of wood I found at our neighborhood carving shop. The owner was kind enough to cut the blanks out for me at no charge because I don't have a power saw,,,yet. I gotta go shopping.

I found carving is the same as fly tying in the sense that you improve quiker when you practise the same thing over and over again. I know it can be a little boring after a while but it really seems to be the best way to nail down all the steps and details. I guess it's a bit like the practise sticks.

Anyway, enough of my philosophy on learning and thanks again for viewing and your support.

On to wood spirits.

Another person bit by the elf bug. Well done Elliot. You've captured the look. So your onto woodspirits now. I'm not sure what I'm going to start now that I just finished a woodspirit. Look forward to seeing it.
