I'm a Junior High teacher, Lonnie, so I say, better a hat that is drooping than the drawers on my students. They sure don't come with much sense these days. Passed a kid downtown Chicago today who couldn't even hold his girlfriends hand he was so busy holding his coffee and his drawers in place. Nuts.

Well done! Thanks for sharing. Just goes to show that more than one thing can be carved from an egg....really is "an egg for all seasons."

Thanks Donna, armsth and Kenny. Please do carve a few like this. I look forward to seeing your work, maybe a few ideas for me the next time.

You are right, Donna, it ain't just an egg any more - have you seen the prices of eggs these days?

Kenny, the penguin catches a lot of attention at my table at my Christmas sales. Amazing how many of them I have sold. I do the tiny eye screw in the top for an ornament too.
