Default Egghead Santas

Here are a few more easy and fun eggheads out of basswood eggs. The touch of gold on the hats catches many eyes and is quick to apply.

Thanks Cliff. These little guys are fun. I took a bunch of them to China with me a few years ago. Did them in my spare time while not teaching English. Gave them to my students. They really liked the Santa theme. Was not able to paint them however.

Thanks Jim. Yeah, many of my relatives have one for many Christmases running. The one I need to try next is Santa with a Scots hat - a tam.

And to you too Mark. I really like your Santa and the tree. Reminds me of my high school days. I made a lot of my college money working for a Christmas Tree/Chicken farmer. Planted, trimmed - with a machete, painted, cut down and shipped thousands of trees. Wasn't nearly as glamorous as your St Nick. I tell people who buy this piece it has to be after Christmas and he's worn out.
