Like many of you I am carving lots of Santas again this year. This year has been one that I have found it hard to be very motivated or inspired . I'm sure that problem is familiar to some of you from time to time. I have even turned to giving Santa a fancy hair style. Any other ideas?

I always changed the beard and/or the hat style, and you are right, it doea relieve some of the boredom.

Hi Millard, Those 4 are good examples of hair styles. Your cuts and finishes are so flowing and smooth. Enjoy seeing your thoughts and carvings. Merle

Millard, I admit to boredom when carving multiples of anything. I love the detail on these santas so you must have conquered the boredom issue. Great carving. Donna T

Great looking Santas, Millard, the hair looks great on all of them. Your efforts to defeat boredom are resulting in some real nice carvings.

Millard, Those are excellent as usual! I love the different hair styles. How about carving some bald santas with just a beard, or maybe some elves? You work is excellent. Blake |
