Just when I think I'm making progress, I see what others carve...back to the drawing board!

Great looking Santa! First-Class!

I had the same question as Lynn, is this Santa from the Colonial time period?

Glad you all like my work! When the family and fellow carvers like it I am happy.
Lynn & Jillsy,
Stu Martin called this roughout Colonial Santa. Just kept the same name.
My famialy will refer to it as the Blue Santa.

That's a beautiful Santa Woody. Of course my favorite color is blue .. I guess that's why I make lot's of blue Santas.. Great detail and color combination . I always enjoy looking at your Santas.. Charlotte
