Default Clock parts?

I know this isn't exactly a carving question. However, where is a good place online to look at clock parts and hands/faces? I prefer numbers like 123 instead of I II III

I'm kinda thinking what I'd find at craft type stores (like Michaels) is I'm going to get what I pay for. I'm wanting to make some clocks using some redwood. Any suggestions?
