Great ideas!! Thanks for sharing! Anyone heard when the Ornament Exchange is going to start this year. I'm wanting to participate and hope that I don't miss the announcement!

Thanks!

We usually start taking names in August and put out a list maybe the end of Sept.

What a great idea!

And what wonderful carvings!
Tom you are truly talented and very creative.
Thanks for sharing it all with us!
I really love both ideas, the little tree would also be great for retirement homes. They don't take up much space but add a lot of color and spirit!

Thanks a bunch for sharing,
Doug

Hi Tom, I know most of these are from your Wizard Santas but there is a Santa (first one in the lid) and a Snowman that are great to. Was this your design or do you have a pattern source? Neat stuff!

Corey

Corey, The Santa in the box lid, is from no known pattern or design. They all start out with the same blank size and basic technique. But a twist of the knife here and there, smaller nose, etc and you gets what you get. Now as for the Snowman with the hat, that's may be a different story. Several years ago I received the original snowman with a hat from MelNM (from this board) in the ornament exchange. His snowman was about 3 1/2 inches tall, mine copied, but 1 inch tall.
