Dont have many reindeer here in Iowa so we do with what we got.

Love the suspenders. What an expression on the poor cow! Very good.

At the show this past weekend, in Hickory, NC, the class I took on entering competitions made a list of how they judge pieces, and some of the key points that they hope to see are originality and conveying an emotion or expression of movement. I think you've got those covered!

I carved a "Christmas pig" one time, but I like your cow better! Great idea.

You should try a pig (or other animals). My pig was upright (on two feet) with an obviously fake beard that was hanging low below his chin.

You've inspired me to re-think my previous attempt. Thank you for sharing.
