Default Another Santa

Y'all are probably getting bored with seeing my Santa's by now. They all look pretty much the same except for a change or two here and there. They sure are fun to carve, though, and I hope I am improving some of my skills with each one. At the risk of putting you to sleep, I'm going to post a picture of the one I just finished. Thanks for letting me share. ~ Joy

Well, looks like you all won't have to look at another one after all. I can't seem to get the pictures to load. I keep getting an "upload error" saying "attachment in progress." Sorry..........

Yippee! I think I got it! Don't know what I was doing wrong the first time.

Joy,

Don't you DARE stop posting your Santas! I love looking at them! I still don't see how you get them so clean and smooooooth. You either do alot of sanding or have some very sharp knives....or are just THAT good!

Bart, this is a tall Santa for me. He is 7 3/4 inches tall. The swirly hat was the most fun part of the whole carving. It was so relaxing to do, I could have sat there and whittled away on that for days. Thanks for the comments!
