Thanks for ing him.
Mel,
As best as I can tell 23 Santas were posted.
Goto Gallery-members galleries-decoycarve and I am pretty sure I have them all there.

Plan on doing it again this year. Got some nice white pine over the shop!!!

I was thinking more of ZZ Top but Leon Russell is also a good representation. I would love to know how you do the photography.....can you offer up any recommendations??

Great job on the Santa! Love the detail!

Blake

Talking Photographing Another Goody!

Thanks one and all, I'm glad you liked him!

Paul_Guraedy & vacaricature carver,

The key is a digital camera and a simple paint program, I use PhotoFiltre. Just cut and paste, nothing fancy. Is that what you meant? If you want a complete process I could do that, with pictures.
Just say the word.

Look it's Leon Russell and ZZTops!

Yep, process please. I tried to cut and paste and all I got was one picture covering the other. I use MS Photoeditor. Does that make a difference?

I think this process would help us a lot in showing all sides of a carving and not taking up a lot of space with different images.
