Kathleen Ryan is an award-winning freelance writer specializing in business and people profile stories. She has written more than 1,200 articles for national and international magazines, online and print newspapers, and various trade publications. In addition she has edited, co-authored, ghosted and authored a dozen books. Additionally, she works as a consultant in public relations, and writes several monthly magazine columns. Kathleen lives with her family in rural Alabama where she served two terms on the town council, is on the Pike County Parks and Recreation Committee and sits on the Board of Directors for Pike County AIM.
