Wildlife Carving Contest The Wildlife Carving Contest co-sponsored by Wood Carving Illustrated and Woodcraft offers carvers at all skill levels the opportunity to showcase their wooden wildlife creations. Open to junior, amateur and professional carvers, the contest recognizes exceptional works of wooden art in the categories of birds, fish and wildlife. All carvers enter their carvings at any Woodcraft store or The Woodworkers Club® retail location. Store customers then vote on their favorite carving. Winners at the store level will go on to the National Contest to be judged by a panel of judges by Wood Carving Illustrated .
